Representative Hudson brought up reconsideration of the vote on SB
 (page 1241).                                                                
                                                                               
The following was again before the House:                                      
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 90                                                            
"An Act clarifying powers and duties of state officials in relation           
to a disaster emergency caused by a catastrophic oil discharge or              
the release of a hazardous substance."                                         
                                                                               
Representative Hudson moved and asked unanimous consent that SB
 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of                   
considering Amendment No. 4.  There being no objection, it was so              
ordered.
